Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 2-4 days.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to Worldwide.

• International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.3DPixiePrint is not responsible for these charges.

How to Track Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

• We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.

• For international orders, shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be available.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

• 3DPixiePrint  is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
